Sunday Night Dinner
Marv just came over and we made a nice rectangular Margherita pizza and some roasted butternut squash.
On top of that, I would like to share this impromptu salad that I concocted
Chocolate Orange Salad
Italian mix greens (1 bag)
Sliced ripened pears (1.5 pears)
Crumpled goat cheese (1/2 a small container)
Chunks of an aged orange. Not too tart, not too sweet. (1 orange)
Salt and pepper (To taste)
Chopped Walnuts (1 small bag)
Orange zest
Dressing:
65% Newman’s Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing
25% Mitsukan Sesame dressing
10% Wishbone Italian
